#Wells fargo home for sales license
My husband and I visited another branch and was taken care of in a very professional manner and a marriage license was not needed, only the driver's license as I expected all along. I've worked in a bank for 27 yrs and yes things change, but one thing that is is still the norm is adding someone to an existing account requires only a driver's license. I chimed in stating he's only "adding" my name, that my name was never on his account in the first place. She comes in, and yes my husband was upset and she rightly so said to calm down otherwise I can't help you, agrees with this CSR that a marriage license is needed. My husband, already at odds about dealing with this particular CSR, was not happy and he asked to speak to the manager. She then stated that I needed to provide my marriage license in order to "add my name onto an account I was never on." My driver's license which one can not obtain without first dealing with social security was not valid enough. The CSR asked if I ever had any accounts with them and I said yes, but the account was opened 5 yrs ago and closed out within 60 days of opening. Unfortunately this particular customer service rep is someone my husband had dealt with before and was not helpful (as a result another associate was called in to assist in handling my husbands banking).
Upon arriving, the branch manager quickly approached us and directed us to a customer service rep.

How you doing this is Gumecindo I just don't want to file another lawsuit against you guys if you guys just put the money back in my account which they keep on lying to me I recorded one of the managers posing as a lawyer I have it recorded too at the end of the conversation she said I told her that I had to record it and she said you can use that in court because I'm an attorney what is the extent that they're doing to try to hide my money okay I just got the I just got the booklet in the mail that shows from 2015 are made for my margin from my penny stock account to my marks tax account it shows my W-9 from 2015 to 2017 if it's showing me that I got a W-9 form Wells Fargo how come you guys never sent it to me on 2 and showing my W9 right here how much I made with you guys and my you know you all are breaking the law and violating my ask for civil rights for hiding my money violated the ACT 510 and now you're violating the law by nights that might not sending me my W-9 and not letting me know how much I made where my franchise if you're sending me a W-9 that means the taxes have been filed and without me knowing and you not letting me know that I had this how was I supposed to file y'all y'all y'all broke the law cuz I have the I have the W9 showing how much I made from 2015 to all the way 2017 other way too I mean I can't believe you didn't send me these papers these are very important papers why wouldn't you do it and why is a lawyer posing as a manager at Wells Fargo on Trenton Jr Roy you're the owner of Wells Fargo Bank is that correct that you stay right there right okay you say you're a billionaire was so am I my friend I own so much assets all over the world when when the settlement says Wells Fargo company that talking about me the Wells Fargo Bank in Portland I own my own Home Depot don't Kmart I own KFC's I own I'm the tech company Intuit I own it my name is Gomez single Rodriguez Jr if you are putting all this good stuff about Wells Fargo your own bank why is there Bank in Edinburg Texas getting sued for a billion dollars and that the federal government have to pay me my settlement and I haven't received nothing not even a penny my wife is dying bro because of the living at they denied me and I'm only 35 years old go and look at what I accomplished I came from nothing you probably came from a rich beautiful home where I came from the gutter bro and I did something with my life and the federal government and you know what I have for them for my town bro if you come and invest in and check on my status on the online I've donated schools fire department I donate it to the county I made schools I mean Parks I've done so much for this town and look at what they've been doing to me man they don't even let me cash a check the federal government and that's why they got in trouble now they owe me a billion dollars and they're supposed to pay it and 10 days 500 million and you guys were supposed to pay for my identity theft because I thought Wells Fargo with a good bank and we did so much and now they're kicking me out after all this after all that your back was charged
